Return Conditions

Items can only be returned after they have been physically received by the customer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.
Return Process

Contact us at info@richardemilylondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Our customer service team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Ship the item back at your own expense using a secure shipping method.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and the condition has been approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Liability

Richard & Emily London is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, this remains the responsibility of the customer.

Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
